Pricing for 200 feet of fencing depends on the material you choose, the property layout, and any prep work needed. Based on typical starting rates:
- Chain link fencing usually falls between $3,100 and $3,300
- Wire field fencing for farm or ranch use typically ranges from $2,550 to $2,650. Custom farm and ranch wood fencing designs may vary based on materials and layout
- Wood privacy fencing generally falls between $3,100 and $3,300 for standard 6" stockade, or "side-by-side" styles.
- Vinyl fencing usually ranges from $5,500 to $6,500.
- Aluminum fencing typically runs between $6,200 and $7,200, depending on style and terrain.
Pricing may vary slightly due to material availability, market conditions, or tariff adjustments.
Additional factors like fence removal, clearing brush, grading uneven ground, or adding gates can also affect the final price.

This is at your discretion, but you’re welcome to follow your normal routine during the construction of your fence. And don’t worry about installers making a judgement call or changing the plan without your approval—all installers are forbidden from deviating from written instructions unless authorized to do so by the company representative, and we won’t do that without contacting you and getting your approval.

We also accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp. While we prefer lower-fee payment methods when possible, we understand many customers like using a credit card to earn points, miles, cash back, or take advantage of promotional interest rates. For a few reasons. 1) These posts are heavier which is good for the structure of a gate. 2) They're bigger, giving them a broader surface area in the ground and allowing for better hardware securement 3) Compared to a standard 4x4, they're less likely to warp over time, as they "dry out" because of their girth and grain structure 4) They're not as common of a selection as 4x4's, so during the manufacturing, shipping and selling process, this allows the freshly cut material to "sit around" longer, enhancing this "dry out" phase before we put it into the ground.

That being said, it is still important to do your due diligence when hiring any fence company, regardless of whether they are local or not. Make sure to get quotes from multiple companies and compare them before making a decision.
Generally, the rails are placed on the inside for two reasons. First, this design is more aesthetically pleasing to your neighbors, and many HOAs will require this look, at least on the sides and/or the front 2, street-facing, sides of your house to fit in with your neighborhood lawnscape. Secondly, in terms of security, it is much more difficult for an intruder, or an animal, to scale the flat side, or "finished side", of a wood privacy fence without the secure footing of the rails.
Chain link fence can be some of the most affordable and durable fence options available today. To get an accurate quote for your project, call us for a free estimate. We'll discuss topographical changes on your property, the number of gates needed, and whether there are existing structures or obstacles that will need to be removed or accounted for. Some local municipalities and HOAs in NW Florida, have specific restrictions on easements, fence heights, types, and styles, and we must identify these before moving forward.

Lumber prices have stabilized compared to the big spikes a few years ago, and while costs always move around, there’s no major drop expected anytime soon. With labor rates and material demand continuing to rise, waiting could actually make projects more expensive down the road.

This is a common question, and unfortunately not an easy answer. Many of our residents fell prey to "fly-by-night" fence companies, that "popped up" overnight in the FL Panhandle and left just as quickly, leaving our community suffering from shoddy work just a few years later. The good news is some of this can be fixed, however, there is always a chance that a full or partial removal and replacement will be needed.
As a standard practice, we always ask for an initial payment to secure the materials and book you into our job schedule. This is normally about 50% down. If a contractor asks for much more than that, or the entire amount, it might be a red flag. Once the work is completed and you're satisfied with it, we'll then ask for the remainder of the balance.
